UK – REACH
It is the intention of Jiuri to appoint an OR for UK – REACH in January 2021 and open an account on the new UK REACH IT system. We are prepared to provide initial information on all current EU – REACH registered materials to the HSE and expect to do this within 120 days of the 1st of January 2021. We are also prepared to provide technical details required for full notification and preregistration of all EU – REACH registered materials to the HSE, and expect to do this within 300 days of the 1st of January 2021.
We will be prepared to provide full dossier of technical information to the HSE within 2, 4 or 6 years, depending on volume band. We regularly review our required volume bands. If you believe you will be requiring significant volumes of any Jiuri product please make contact with your Sales Representative so we can prepare for the appropriate volume band requirement.
